ERP Administrator
Location: Goshen, IN (Onsite)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, seeks a skilled ERP Administrator with expertise in Net Suite to manage and optimize their Net Suite platform. The role requires ensuring seamless operation, integration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system while driving efficiency across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and support Net Suite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Customize and enhance Net Suite workflows, scripts, and saved searches to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and optimize system performance.
- Implement system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and maintain system documentation.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision‑making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new Net Suite features to enhance business operations.
- Act as liaison with Net Suite support and third‑party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Stay current with Net Suite updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience administering Net Suite (or another ERP) in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder for customization and integration is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus.
