This is a full-time on-site role for a Machinist based in Goshen, IN. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce precision metal parts and tools. Daily tasks include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting machine issues. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem‑solving equipment or production issues
• Knowledge of quality control processes, measurements, and operational precision
• Familiarity with adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in production processes
• Relevant certifications or technical training in machining or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
