Responsible for safely and effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining operations and production metal fabrication equipment at a pace that meets customer demands.

Laser Cutting Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and replace consumables for Amada and CY laser heads and associated equipmentCNC Turret Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair Amada turrets and associated equipmentRobotic Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair Fanuc robots; some knowledge of jogging robots may be requiredWelder Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair automated MIG Resistance weldersAutomation/Feeder - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair automation and sheet and coil feeders associated with metal cutting equipmentPress Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair control and electrical systems that drive part revolution mechanical power presses including, but not limited to, Heim, Version, Precision, Minster and Clearing equipmentPress Brake Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair Amada and/or Cincinnati press brakesDust Collector Maintenance - Able to PM, troubleshoot, and repair dust collectors associated with the metal cutting equipmentFacility Maintenance - Willing and able to do facility maintenance type work whether carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or groundskeeping.Observation and promotion of all safety rules and policiesGood housekeeping and implementing/sustaining 5s standards for organizationWorking Conditions

Qualifications
3+ years working as a multi craft Industrial Maintenance50+ hours Electrical class work in a formal educational settingCompetency with electrical circuits from 24v to 480vAbility to use a Multi Meter for troubleshootingAbility to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematicsHand Tools - Must supply own set of basic personal hand tools, list to be providedEssential Functions
Basic computer, reading/writing, and communication skillGood mechanical aptitudeMust successfully complete LCI new hire safety training and refreshersMust be able to successfully pass the LCI, OSHA approved, forklift-training courseMust successfully complete LCI Lock Out Tag Out TrainingMust successfully complete LCI Arc Flash/Electrical Hazard Training, as requiredMust successfully complete LCI Fall Hazard Training, as requiredMust successfully complete LCI Confined Space Training, as requiredMust successfully complete all LCI lean training, as requiredMust successfully complete LCI Tabware Technician TrainingCompetencies
