Lippert is seeking a Production Associate in Goshen, IN to help move raw materials to installation areas and ensure parts meet size and gauge specifications. This full-time hourly role supports the flow of production on the shop floor and contributes to meeting daily targets.
You will work 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, stand most of the shift, and lift items over 50 pounds as needed while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
