• Competitive compensation:
  Minimum rate $28.32 for LPN, $35.87 for RN
• Employment bonus – $3,000 for full‑time LPN, $4,000 for full‑time RN (pro‑rated by FTE)

• Assess patients upon admission
• Collect data regarding a client’s mental and physical health status
• Provide health education, somatic therapies, medication, and crisis intervention
• Report adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist
• Manage and securely store medications and samples
• Document all necessary information in patient charts
• Work 4, 8, or 12‑hour shifts as required
• Assist direct‑care staff when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license
• Preferred:
  Two years of post‑degree psychiatric experience in a similar position
