The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant, ensuring that it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and develops plans to achieve them, leads a team of Department Managers, coaches and directs to improve each department, and may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
Qualifications• Previous General Manager experience running a high‑volume location.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants (or hospitality/retail) is strongly desired.
• Minimum age 18 for managerial positions in corporate‑owned restaurants.
