Key Responsibilities- Sell commercial roofing services to business owners and property managers
- Inspect and assess roofs for storm-related damage and restoration needs
- Engage leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing efforts
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Create and manage estimates and scopes of work
- Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on claim size and repair scope
- Maintain long-term client satisfaction through responsive service and integrity
- Track leads, progress, and sales activities using CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Participate in team sales meetings, both in-person and online
- 1+ years of proven sales success in roofing, construction, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong lead generation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high accountability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Willingness to travel for work-related activities
