Aside from the incredible curriculum, leadership, and passion, it's because we only hire the best instructors to work with our children. It's imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but that you also have outstanding soccer experience and are incredibly passionate about spreading the love of the sport.

We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of each child's week--as we strive to develop basic soccer skills, teamwork and healthy lifestyles in each of our children.

Soccer Shots Northern Indiana is growing and we are in need of great full and part-time instructors. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks all over Elkhart County, Marshall County, and St. Joseph County. Classes are Monday through Saturday, 30-45 min for each session. We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials. We offer rewarding work in a great environment and GREAT PAY ($18+ per 30-45 minute session).

At some centers, there will be multiple classes, meaning you will be instructing 2-3 consecutive sessions ($36-54+ for less than 2 hours of coaching).

• Instruct 30-45 minute Soccer Shots sessions at daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks across Elkhart, Marshall, and St. Joseph Counties.
• Deliver sessions Monday through Saturday, maintaining the lesson plan and age-appropriate activities.
• Represent Soccer Shots as the coach and “face” of Soccer Shots in each center.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure child safety, engagement, and orderly class flow.
• Utilize provided training, equipment, and curriculum materials to run each session.

• Safety-conscious, with the safety of children as the #1 priority.
• Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
• Organized, able to plan ahead and conduct sessions according to the lesson plan.
• Responsible, committed to fulfilling responsibilities as the coach and representative of Soccer Shots.
• Energetic, able to create a fun and exciting atmosphere that encourages participation.
• Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials. Salary: GREAT PAY ($18+ per 30-45 minute session). At some centers, multiple classes may be scheduled, resulting in 2-3 consecutive sessions ($36-54+ for less than 2 hours of coaching).
