Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Fitness franchise in the country. Aside from the incredible curriculum, leadership, and passion, it is because we only hire the best instructors to work with our children. It is imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but also have outstanding soccer experience and are passionate about spreading the love of the sport. We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the best 30‑45 minutes of each child's week—developing basic soccer skills, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.

Soccer Shots Northern Indiana is growing and we need great full‑time and part‑time instructors. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks across Elkhart County, Marshall County, and St. Joseph County. Classes are Monday through Saturday, 30‑45 minutes per session. We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials. We offer a rewarding environment and good pay ($18+ per 30‑45 minute session).

At some centers, there may be multiple classes, meaning you’ll be instructing 2‑3 consecutive sessions ($36‑54+ for less than 2 hours of coaching).

• Successful candidates must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
