Position: Quantity Surveyor (Assistant)
I am pleased to share an exciting opportunity with you, working for our client as a Quantity Surveyor, for our client in the Public Sector.

Role:
Quantity Surveyor (Assistant)

Contract Length: 6 months - potential extension

Location:

Gosport (Base locations) - travel will be required across UK, once a week on site as required - EXPENSES AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL - remainder from home

IR35: INSIDE

Pay Rate : £350.00 - £400.00 /DAY

Security Clearance: SC (ACTIVE)

Key Responsibilities

Support workload for other Quantity Surveyors.
Work on multiple small contracts and one large project.
Maintain NEC 3/4 and pre-tender experience.
Assist in cost analysis, risk management, and procurement compliance.
Provide support in various project management tasks including cost control and valuation.

Qualifications

Mechanical background with Assistant or Chartered Quantity Surveyor experience.
Previous experience in pre-tender and NEC 3/4.Closing Statement:
