Your Role  As a Senior MEP Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing installations and collaborating with our project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. This is your chance to take ownership of delegated work packages, guide fellow supervisors, and contribute to major projects across various sectors, including custodial, commercial, education, and health & science.

Key Responsibilities  In this role, you will:
Ensure all works are carried out safely, adhering to Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law, including appropriate risk assessments and method statements.
Lead installations and coordinate service delivery, ensuring efficient construction and compliance with contract requirements.
Manage quality control procedures and provide accurate progress updates to the project management team.
Guide and oversee other supervisors, fostering collaboration within the Kier "one team" delivery model.
Contribute to identifying project risks and opportunities, maintaining accurate records and site diaries as work progresses.

You possess technical skills in Electrical or Mechanical Services installation and safety, holding a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
You have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
You communicate clearly and work collaboratively, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always prioritizing safety and quality.
