Enjoy a company car, 25 days annal leave in Gosport area as a Mechanical Surveyor. This role offers the chance to manage the commercial gas projects and oversee the contractors works.
You will be working for a well-known contractor that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.
As the Mechanical Surveyor you will be:- Auditing all commercial gas job
- Quoting and pricing jobs
- Managing a team of 9 operatives
- Gas safe registered
- Ticket in commercial Gas
- 10 years FM experience
- Background in Mechanical Gas
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
- Company car
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- 40 hours per week
- Office-based and field-based role (no hybrid working)
