The Company: ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, an established and highly regarded leisure business in Leicestershire, offering a varied programme of experiences and events throughout the year. With an ambitious programme spanning entertainment, seasonal events, family experiences, exhibitions and special events, they are looking for an experienced Events Organiser to help develop new ideas and bring a diverse programme to life.

Role & Responsibilities of the Events Organiser:
Take events from the initial idea through to planning, coordination and successful delivery, creating experiences that excite and engage visitors Develop new event concepts and advise on opportunities, trends and ideas that could add to the company's programme Coordinate the practical detail, including suppliers, contractors, performers, exhibitors, logistics, timings, access and visitor flow Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every event is professionally planned and delivered Take ownership of event health & safety, risk assessments, licensing and compliance, working with outsourced H&S providers where required Manage event budgets, costs and resources while keeping the visitor experience at the heart of every decision About You as the Events Organiser:
An experienced Events professional with a proven track record of organising and delivering varied and engaging events Creative and full of ideas, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into commercially viable events Highly organised and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple events, suppliers and deadlines Confident in event health & safety, risk assessments, licensing and compliance, with a strong understanding of what is required to deliver safe and successful events A natural relationship builder who can work confidently with stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and partners Calm under pressure, practical and proactive, with the energy and enthusiasm to make things happen Please note by applying for this role you give consent for ER Recruitment to retain your CV for up to 24 months for the purposes of assisting you to find your next role unless you notify us otherwise.
