We're looking for a Community Team Leader to join our growing team and help shape a unique care experience that goes beyond the home. This hybrid role blends care leadership with meaningful community engagement. You'll lead a dedicated team of Care Angels while building partnerships with local organisations, planning social events, and enhancing our clients' connection to the community.

In addition to your main role as a Care Angel to our wonderful clients

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of Care Angels to deliver person-centred care.
• Conduct regular supervisions, spot checks, and one‑on‑one check‑ins.
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure care quality standards, policies, and regulations are consistently met.

• Build relationships with local charities, organisations, and community groups.
• Organise and participate in our community Hub events and wellbeing projects.
• Support clients in accessing local activities and staying socially connected.
• Collaborate with volunteers to promote events and encourage community involvement.
• Champion social inclusion and client independence in everyday life.

• Supervisory or team‑leading experience (care sector not essential).
• A genuine passion for community and social engagement.
• Event planning, group organisation, or volunteering experience.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Flexibility to switch between leadership, care, and community roles.
• A full driving licence and access to a car for work.
