Procurement Agent; Procurement Agent-General

The Vertical Lift Supplier Management and Procurement team at Boeing has an exciting position within our Aircraft support team. We are looking for Procurement Agent (Buyer) to join our team within one of the listed locations.

• Negotiating contracts for products, services and technologies.
• Engaging stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Preparing and executing negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Optimizing execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Managing supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• Mitigating risks and issues.
• Initiating supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
• Performing continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Preparing and executing proprietary information agreements.
• Supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
