As a Production Operative at STS Defence, you will play an integral role in assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of advanced electrical systems used in defence technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that have real-world impact and contribute to national security.

• Prepare and assemble units / PCBs (including soldering) in accordance with detailed work instruction sheets, customer-specific drawings and specifications
• Verify that routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets are followed for all activities
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental procedures
• Become proficient in relevant procedures and processes
• Apply a professional and conscientious approach in day-to-day operations

• Must be eligible for SC clearance as a minimum
