While the role is based at Gosport Marina, you may also be asked to provide cover at our other marinas within the Portsmouth and Southampton area.

Candidates should have:

• Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
• A 'can-do' attitude with a flexible approach to teamwork
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in a similar role, along with knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds, would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. We're committed to supporting your development and helping you reach your full potential.

You will work 12-hour night shifts, which may include weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. The role will also require occasional day shifts, e.g. for training.
