Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will work within the Systems and Software team in the Programmes area of STS Defence, developing and maintaining software throughout the Software Development Lifecycle from requirements elicitation, through to in service delivery. The post will provide technical leadership on software projects for key stakeholders and on software development activities undertaken by the company. This includes responsibility for managing code and quality reviews to ensure relevant quality standards are met across the software team.

The Senior Software Engineer will also assist in support of wider business objectives exploring new technologies for product creation, development and R&D to grow our software development capability stream; and provide support to existing software projects as required. Duties:
