Die Ernst Sutter AG in Gossau bietet eine zweijährige Ausbildung in der Fleischproduktion und
-verarbeitung an. Sie durchlaufen verschiedene Abteilungen, lernen das Herstellen von Brät, Würsten und anderen Fleischprodukten und werden fachgerecht betreut.
Neben dem Umgang mit Messern, Schneidgeräten und Maschinen erhalten Sie eine fundierte Erfahrung in Hygiene und Qualität, arbeiten im Kühlbereich (8–16 °C) im Team und haben gute Chancen auf eine Festanstellung nach erfolgreicher Lehrabschluss.
