Matchpartner zoekt een AVO-docent voor diverse scholen in de regio Gouda. Je biedt uitdagend algemeen vormend onderwijs aan leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Deze rol vereist dat je structuur, veiligheid en vertrouwen creëert, zodat de leerlingen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een tweede graad lesbevoegdheid en ervaring in cluster 4 onderwijs. Flexibiliteit, pedagogische vaardigheden en de mogelijkheid om binnen een multidisciplinair team te werken zijn essentieel.
