Je hebt een HBO-opleiding in voeding of verpleegkunde en aantoonbare ervaring als leefstijlcoach. Wij bieden een zelfstandige functie met ruimte voor eigen initiatief, een fijne werksfeer en goede secundaire voorwaarden.
