Eleos BV in Gouda zoekt een sociaal werker ggz voor de ondersteuning van cliënten die tijdelijk niet zelfstandig kunnen wonen. Je werkt methodisch met cliënten aan hun doelen en gebruikt daarbij het Triple-C model. De rol omvat zowel individuele als groepsbegeleiding.
Wij bieden een overeenkomst voor 32 uur per week met een salaris tussen € 2.888,- en € 3.917,- o.b.v. 36 uur, 166 vakantie-uren, en opleidingsmogelijkheden. Je hebt een zelfstandige houding en flexibiliteit in werktijden is vereist.
