Groene Hart Ziekenhuis zoekt een waarnemend poliklinisch apotheker voor een zwangerschapsvervanging van vijf maanden. Je werkt mainly dagdiensten binnen de poliklinische apotheek en levert veilige, persoonlijke farmaceutische zorg aan patiënten.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en zorgprofessionals binnen het ziekenhuis. Een universitaire opleiding Farmacie en registratie als apotheker zijn vereist; ervaring met Pharmacom is een pré.
