ASVZ zoekt een meewerkend teamleider voor de woonvoorziening Boegpad in Gouda. Je geeft leiding aan een team van begeleiders, coördineert de zorg en voert het personeelsbeleid uit. Je werkt mee in de begeleiding en bewaakt samen met collega’s de kwaliteit van zorg voor de cliënten.
Je hebt een zorggerelateerde opleiding op mbo 4-niveau of hoger, plus een managementopleiding of bereidheid daartoe. Je krijgt een vast contract en werkt 28–36 uur per week met een salaris in FWG 50/55, met 8%
