Zorgpartners Midden-Holland zoekt een coördinerend verzorgende / EVV-er voor onze centra in Gouda. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en familie, en je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het zorgleefplan.
Je werkt multidisciplinair, begeleidt collega’s en stagiaires en zorgt met het team dat bewoners zich thuis voelen. Wij bieden een vast contract, wisselende roosters en een salaris conform cao VVT FWG 40, met eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld.
