Oasen N.V. zoekt een Adviseur Inkoop en Aanbesteding om inkopen van producten, diensten en werken efficiënt, transparant en maatschappelijk verantwoord te laten verlopen.
Je beheert een jaarlijks inkoopbudget van circa 50 miljoen euro en leidt aanbestedingstrajecten binnen leveringen, diensten en infrastructurele projecten zoals pompstations en drinkwaterleidingen. Je stelt inkoopstrategieën op, verzendt offerteaanvragen, beoordeelt offertes en advies interne klanten.
