Een jeugdzorgorganisatie in Gouda zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker voor de behandelgroep de Linde. In deze rol begeleid je jongeren met complexe problematiek en werk je samen met hun netwerk om hen te ondersteunen. Je werkt met een team van collega's en bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van werkplannen in een hybride omgeving. Ervaring in de residentiële zorg en een flexibele mindset zijn vereist.
