YOEP zoekt een ambulant jeugdhulpverlener in Gouda, die wil werken met jongeren van 6 tot 18 jaar om hun zelfredzaamheid en zelfstandigheid te bevorderen. Je krijgt je eigen cliëntenportefeuille en werkt nauw samen met gezinnen om hun doelen te bereiken.
Je functie omvat het analyseren van gezinssituaties, opstellen van behandelplannen en bieden van ondersteuning aan ouders. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met een salaris tussen €3.194 en €5.096 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
