Kwintes in Gouda zoekt een woonbegeleider om individuen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid te ondersteunen. Je begeleidt cliënten volgens persoonlijke plannen, biedt praktische hulp en bent groepsbegeleider. In een beschermd woonvorm met 25 bewoners ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
Je werkt afwisselend in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten, en hebt minimaal een MBO niveau 4 opleiding. Een goed salaris tussen €2.888,- en €3.917,- wordt geboden, evenals goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
