Aethon Groep zoekt woonbegeleider in de flexpool die op verschillende locaties en met diverse doelgroepen aan de slag gaat. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt waar extra ondersteuning nodig is, bijvoorbeeld bij ziekte, vakanties of openstaande diensten.
Samen met het vaste team zorg je voor een veilige en stabiele leefomgeving. Je begeleidt cliënten in hun dagelijks leven, speelt in op wat er op dat moment nodig is en draagt bij aan hun ontwikkeling richting meer zelfstandigheid.
