Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een Coördinerend Begeleider voor Het Baken in Gouda. Het betreft een parttime positie van 24 uur per week in een zorgteam dat 16 bewoners op twee woonlagen ondersteunt.
Je begeleidt cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking, helpt bij dagelijkse keuzes en bevordert zelfstandigheid. Ervaring met zelforganisatie en samenwerking met familie is gewenst; er is aandacht voor een veilige, plezierige leefomgeving.
