Gemiva in Gouda zoekt een flex begeleider om volwassen cliënten met een (lichte) verstandelijke beperking, NAH en/of lichamelijke beperking te ondersteunen op twee woonlocaties:
Catshoven en Goudesteijn. Je motiveert en begeleidt, biedt ADL-ondersteuning waar nodig en draagt bij aan een huiselijke sfeer.
Je werkt samen met collega’s en kunt ook zelfstandig handelen. Er is een tijdelijke aanstelling met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling, volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FG 35.
