ASVZ zoekt voor Aakwerf C in Gouda een stevige persoonlijk begeleider voor autisme en LVB. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt, stelt plannen op en bewaakt de uitvoering in de woonomgeving.
Je begeleidt bewoners bij koken, huishoudelijke taken, medicatie en groepsactiviteiten, en biedt ondersteuning bij sociaal-emotionele vraagstukken. Er zijn mogelijkheden tot scholing en doorgroei binnen de organisatie.
