ASVZ zoekt een Teamleider Ondersteuning Thuis voor de regio Gouda-noord (Bodegraven/Reeuwijk/Gouda-noord). U leidt en coacht een team van begeleiders en Jeugd- en gezinsprofessionals die thuis ondersteuning bieden aan kinderen, volwassenen en gezinnen.
U screent aanvragen, gaat mee op intake en bewaakt de voortgang. U voert personeelsbeleid uit, beheert het budget en vertaalt beleid naar medewerkers en cliënten. Een vast contract is mogelijk bij gebleken kwalificaties; 28–32 uur per week.
