Our client in South Grafton, Ma is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper Administrator to support its financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who is comfortable working independently, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring financial accuracy in a mission‑driven organization.
Position SummaryThe Bookkeeper Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations. This is a part‑time salaried position based on 30 hours per week, offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage financial records using Quick Books
- Prepare and process monthly invoicing
- Keep customer information current and accurate
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Ensure financial data accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee HR‑related tasks, including health plan administration and PTO tracking
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience using Quick Books
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Pay Rate: $52K-$60K
