Independent Physical Therapist

This position is an independent contractor role providing physical therapy services to help individuals recover from injuries and improve overall fitness and wellness. The successful candidate will partner with club staff and members to support rehabilitation and progression to personal training, focusing on patient quality of life, range of motion, safety, and safe return to activity.

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to clients as an independent contractor within the Anytime Fitness club.
• Assess diagnoses, develop rehabilitation plans, and guide patients from diagnosis through recovery and transition to ongoing fitness programs.
• Collaborate with club staff and personal trainers to align rehabilitation goals with members’ fitness plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safety and optimize patient quality of life and return to functional activities and fitness.

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (DPT or equivalent).
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings with strong patient advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and independently manage a caseload as an independent contractor.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes, with a focus on recovery and progression to fitness goals.
