As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Therapy Department and the Adaptive Equipment Services (AES) program. You will help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently while promoting high-quality support for both the people served and the employees through strong organization, coordination, and administrative assistance.
To support the effective operation of the therapy department, you will function as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all who enter the Therapy Clinic. You will answer and route phone calls, relay messages, assist with problem solving, and help manage the flow of daily services. Each week, you will document and distribute meeting minutes for team meetings and provide support for special projects in collaboration with the Director.
In this role, you will also take responsibility for ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing materials throughout service areas. Managing training schedules and coordinating calendars will be part of your responsibilities as well.

You will communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with staff, leadership, and other stakeholders to support high-quality service delivery.
To be considered for this position, you must have an associate's degree and one year of experience related to administrative and office support duties OR a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience related to administrative, office support duties or employment with computer-use experience.

This position is located on-site in Grafton with the office set-up located within the Therapy Services area at the Life Skills and Transition Center.
