The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and manage various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process
• Hanging signage and assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering exceptional customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand, Recommend, and Appreciate

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution
• Self-direction and the ability to complete tasks independently

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for long periods
• Adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment

• Ability to travel as needed
• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and reach overhead
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, climb ladders
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively
• Handle contact with birds/poultry and operate various store tools and equipment
