Press Cell Technician II - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Press Cell Technician II on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position should be an experienced operator with experience running mechanical, hydraulic and/or servo punch presses involving hand transfer of heavy and/or complex parts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate complex and progressive tooling in a quality and rate conscious manner
• Perform coil changes
• Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants
• Clean and maintain press area
• Perform quality checks using the proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records
• Stop production when quality issues are detected
• Complete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completely
• May require successful completion of Kapco's forklift certification program
• Other duties as assigned
