  This person ensures accurate and compliant tax and accounting services for a diverse client base, contributing to informed financial decisions.
• Tech Stack:

• Tax Services:
  Prepare individual and business tax returns comprehensively, working under the guidance of senior team members, and assist with various tax planning and compliance engagements.
• Financial Reporting:
  Maintain general ledger accounts with precision, ensuring accuracy in all entries, and diligently prepare financial statements in accordance with established guidelines.
• Compliance & Reconciliation:
  Perform thorough account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, thereby ensuring strict compliance with GAAP and all applicable tax regulations.
• Client Interaction:
  Communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse client base, collecting necessary financial information and documentation to facilitate accurate service delivery.
• Workflow Management:
  Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines concurrently, utilizing accounting software, Excel, and cloud-based platforms to complete all work efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.

• Background:
  Candidates must either hold an active CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification to be considered for this role. Foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation is also required.
• Experience:
  
  Requires at least one year of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong preference for prior experience gained within a public accounting environment. This must include experience with tax preparation for individuals and/or businesses.
• Skills:
  
  Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based platforms is essential. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and professional communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality across all tasks.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related financial field is preferred for applicants.
