IT Shift Associate

Position Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.

• Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software.
• Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed.
• Troubleshooting user issues and resolving them promptly.
• Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
• Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies.
• Following directions and being open to continuous learning.
• Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.

Education/Training/

Certifications:

Associate degree / Or Equivalent Experience plus

High School Diploma / GED

Related Experience
:
Minimum 2 years Technical Experience

Experience:

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel locally to company facilities in Graham, Burlington, and Mebane as needed.
