Machine Operator - Metals 2nd Shift

We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machine operations, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Starting pay will be based upon experience. 2nd Shift has a $1.50 shift differential.

• 1st Shift: 5am - 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 1:30am

• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Inspect for defects, reporting any findings to appropriate personnel.
• Run required reports.
• Packing.
• Maintaining clean and safe workspace.

• Ability to learn other line jobs to serve as utility person for breaks and lunch.
• Ability to work overtime as required; currently working up to 6 days a week.
• Experience with or ability to do intricate hand assembly on fast paced assembly line.
• Possess good eye‑hand coordination for assembly purposes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Prolonged standing as required during press and assembly operations.
• Ability to reach into press with both hands to remove product required.
• Ability to stoop, bend, twist or turn to move product from press and/or assembly areas to other plant locations required.
• Required lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to read applicable instructions.
• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Work environment is NOT temperature controlled.
