Registered Nurse; RN

San Stone Health & Rehabilitation is recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) to provide compassionate care for our residents. Applicants must hold an unrestricted RN license. Available shifts are 7 am–7 pm and 7 pm–7 am, with every other weekend requirement.

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication interventions.
• Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders.
• Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians of changes, and promptly implement new orders.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and development of care plans.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for our residents. This role requires patience, compassion, and a gentle, empathetic approach to resident care.
