Join Bell Partners Inc in a dynamic multi‑family leasing environment. This role focuses on leasing, resident service, and lease renewal in a community of 85,000+ homes across 13 states.

• Effectively lease apartments and sell properties, products and services in accordance with budget guidelines
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Monitor leasing traffic entries and trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition; conduct outside marketing activities
• Coordinate application review for each lease, including credit and income verifications
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident
• Ensure that leased apartments are in good condition before move‑in and conduct move‑in inspection and walk‑through
• Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate renewal process
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience in multi‑family leasing or B2B selling
• Strong marketing and creativity skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer skills
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team
• Basic to intermediate mathematical functions

• Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
• Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, and hazardous materials
• Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
