Operations Manager
We are Texstar Enterprises, Inc. (“Texstar”) and we are looking for a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to work in Granbury, TX (Office workplace, Salaried). Texstar provides construction and maintenance services for telecommunications providers across the Southwest and Pacific Northwest, offering turnkey solutions for aerial and underground line construction, repair, and maintenance.

- Supervise all operations to ensure construction is completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications, and that all employees working on the project are safe and productive.
- Provide OJT training for employees on construction practices and methods to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assign daily production to in‑house and subcontract laborers and crews.
- Assign and track materials needed for daily operations.
- Perform audits of construction operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
- Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
- Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours, and maintain accurate “as‑built maps” for areas built.
- Reconcile all issued parts and materials daily to ensure accurate material usage counts.
- Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (class “C” minimum) or be willing to obtain the required license for the position (possibly class “B” – light commercial).
- Pass a DOT physical to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Work in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
- Work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.
- Perform the physical tasks required for the entire assigned shift.
- Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction and prior supervisory experience in a construction or related field.
- Travel as required to maintain projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5‑7 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Leadership and training skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office and G‑Suite knowledge.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
