• As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in creating, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components.
• Work closely with various engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, evaluate project viability, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Perform comprehensive testing and analysis of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful project execution.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Training/Certifications that are a plus:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of TX, or
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) in the State of TX
