Base pay range: $95,000 - $130,000 per year.

• Play a vital role in creating, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components.
• Work closely with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, evaluate project viability, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Perform comprehensive testing and analysis of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues or malfunctions, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with technical experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation.
• Profound knowledge of electrical engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training/Certifications that are a PLUS.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of TX.
• Registered as an Engineer in Training in the State of TX.
