Job Summary
Travel RN L&D (Labor and Delivery) Night shift
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on patient outcomes.
- Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a night shift.
- RN licensure (state of practice).
- BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC).
- NRP, AWHONN certification in fetal heart monitoring.
- 2 years' experience preferred.
Shift: Nights - 6:45 PM to 6:15 AM; call required. No 48-hour option. No block scheduling. No floating.
