Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab during day shifts.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.

Contribute to achieving departmental goals and targets.

Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses.

Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the Cath Lab.

Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license with experience in Cath Lab procedures.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and departmental goals.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in monitoring and documenting patient vital signs accurately.

Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.

Experience in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory standards compliance.

Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Willingness to mentor and train new staff members.
