American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 36-bed unit requiring 2 years of experience and a TX or compact RN license.

• Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor
  3) with 36 beds
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Night shift, 7p-7a
• No call responsibilities
• No floating required
• No 48-hour work weeks
• Uses MEDHOST EMR

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Royal blue scrub color required
• Must work all holidays
• RTO requests must be submitted upfront and limited to a maximum of 3 days
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Previous CHS facility staff not eligible if employed as permanent staff within the last 2 years
